• Use cold to reduce puffiness and revitalize. Place in the refrigerator or freezer to preferred temperature.

• Use warm for a soothing relaxation. Place in the microwave for 5 second intervals until desired temperature is reached. Carefully test after each interval. Do not use if hot to the touch and do not overheat.
